Adding T361 ulbotech to demo server for test
Does it not come with a User Manual?
I think it is supposed to be configured using an app from the manufacturer or maybe via SMS commends to the SIM card installed.
Yes, I found it. But there is a password for the device, which is not the default one.
Doesn't it have a RESET button?
No or it was removed by the manufacturer before the selling to the old provider.
Contact the manufacturer. I see they have a Support channel on email.
