In my Traccar account, my device shows that it started about three months ago. However, when I try to generate a report for that period, it says there is no data available. Just a week ago, I was able to view and retrieve the report for three months ago. Why am I now unable to access it? Is there any restriction or issue?
Are you hosting your own server? Are you sure you don't have any script that removes old data?
If it's a subscription support request, please use email.
