device attributes

Hi! can you help me. How I can use devices attribute config file? For example:
I want use device phone number (or any another number attribute) in config string:

<entry key='sms.http.template'>userphone={phone}&text={message}</entry>

it need for make dedicated telegram channel for single device
will be good have, for example:

<entry key='sms.http.template'>userphone={phone}&devicephone={devicephone}&text={message}</entry>
