I would like to understand why Freematics Traccar Edition is recommanded ?I know that Freematics firmware is open source and can be customized.
But if we compare with Teltonika product for example, it's more expensive than an FMC800.And teltonika seeems to be a more robust and fiable product.

It is recommend mostly because of the open source nature. Teltonika is absolutely fine as well.
