I'm not sure I understand the logic. Have you paid for this software that you're expecting fixes for free?
By they way, it's working for most other people, so the chance that it's a bug vs misconfiguration is slim.

I have posted a full set of screenshots and info to solve this problem without any luck.
As of today, when I am running Traccar 6.1, I still do not get any notifications from my S20.
My TK-905 (connected to the same server) on the other hand is working properly without any issues at all.

solved, sent DFS_ON# to enable geofence in tracker.

What does DFS_ON exactly do?
I mean, the tracker is currently sending its position to the server and geofences are defined on server... hence my assumption is that the server already knows whether the tracker is entering or leaving a geofence.

But I haven't. And I believe it is not fair to ask to be paid to fix what clearly is a bug.
