TK103 A/B Configuration problem

Hello,

is there way to decode the HEX string bellow and tell me the right protocol of my device. I tried all the configuration described here: https://www.traccar.org/ports-for-tk-gt-and-other-gps-devices/
but no success.

It's GPS103 protocol, port 5001. You should probably read the rest of the page that you provided a link to.
