where i have tested the device configure and logs carefully but still we cant able to configure our device on traccar.
Specifically i am listing my problem again kindly have a look below:
select * from position;
after that the black screen is locked until i do ctrl+z
.positionId
which is NULL
in side device table in case of newly added device.Facts are:

The log that you keep posting shows a message that is NOT FROM YOUR DEVICE! Please ignore it.
Again, if there is nothing else in the log, it means that server doesn't receive anything from your device. It means that either there is some network issue, or device just doesn't send anything.
Okay we understand the logs which are currently generating with unknown devices.
We are going to check again our configuration in two ways:

On the Traccar Client side you should check status screen.
On the server side you should check the troubleshooting page that I provided.
That should give you an indication where the problem is.
