I am using VPSDime. Now server and their website is down. Is this scammer ?

How is this related to Traccar?

I am sorry for that. Have other is also facing issue. Thats why i need some help to figure out what to do,

So I'm not exactly sure why you're calling them scammers. They clearly say that there's an outage.

I also moved this to the "Other" forum section because it's unrelated to Traccar.
