What do you want to use for? The map layers? We don't support it.
is this a map tiles and does it free to use ?
This option uses Google tile service directly. It's not covered by the standard Google Maps T&Cs. It's also not a part of the public API. You have to have a permission from Google to use it.
Where should I have permission from Google ? in the client side ?

You should ask Google about it, but unless you have some kind of enterprise relationship with them, you probably won't be able to use it "legally".
sorry for bother you but it now work for 4 months normall without and additionl config, i just install traccar and google maps work , and am afraid if it will stop in some way for that i want to check how its work
is it possible that it maybe turn off in someday?
Yes, very possible that Google will block this one day. But it's been probably 10 years so far and they haven't blocked it. So some people take their chances.
