Clarification

I would like to get some clarification about the below items

1. Overspeed duration/distance report
   ..*. To determine how long the vehicle was driven over the speed limit and the maximum speed.
2. Can we generate harsh break events based on status attributes by the device?
   ..*. For eg, if the status attributes come as status 2415919136|, then if the 3rd digit 1 means hash break, can it generate that event?
3. Can we have a driving event during non-working hours?
   ..*. To have an event says non-authorized working hours driving.
4. Can we have an idling alarm (ignition on and motion false (speed less than a threshold) for a defined time), the same as an over-parking alarm (ignition off and motion false for a defined time) - apart from the device provided alarm.
