Positron RT-305

Hello, has anyone uploaded the protocols for the Positron PST RT-305 equipment?? Could you tell me which port it works on? because on the RT325 port it only says that it is connected to the server but does not provide GPS positioning. Can anybody help me ?

This is the problem, in the logs the file I checked is not possible to convert HEX to Text.

Why is that a problem?

Binary Hex can't be converted to Text this message appears

I don't understand how that's related to my request for logs.
