gt06 isnt working in demo4

i found that gt06 device is not working in my server as it jumps from online to offline like mad , i checked the logs and i didnt found any clear indication as to what seems to be the issue is , so i added the same device to demo4 and still same issue , can anyone help in that ?

Surely they will ask you for the HEX from the log from your own server for this device.

The error indicates that the connection is closed by your device:

yes i know that , i am trying to figure out why the device is closing connection like this , its connecting and disconnecting like a hundred times per hour

Then you're asking in the wrong place. You should be asking the Devices Forum, not Server.
