Teltonika Digital Input 2 Alarm not display

Hi Team,

In teltonika devies FMC130, I checked in I/O that the Digital Input 2 become 1 if Alarm in vehicle become on and 0 if Alarm become off. The issue that I cannot see this in web app as events. I contact Teltonika Supoort they said the event should be DIN2 or io_2 but none of these two is howsn.

Please advice of this.

Where are you checking? Have you checked the "more details" screen?

I check in events reports. How access to more details screen?

There a menu option in the popup.

I check it now but not mentioned input 2. I can see input 1 only.

If there's no input 2, it probably means your device doesn't report it.

I try to test another device which has been tested with Alarm system but it show that asset index issue.

No suggestions here. One the forum we only provide support for the official version of Traccar.
