Device Recommendation - 4G personal tracker with pull cord/pin SOS

Hello,

I'm looking for a personal tracker that is 4G capable, where if the user is in an emergency that there is a pull out cord or pin that'll trigger the SOS alert until it is reinserted or reset somehow.

It's intended for use in the US, just in case that makes a difference.

Any ideas or recommendations?

I'm not a software guy, but I'm good with some hardware mods if that what it takes to get it to work.
