sorry, for the reason to run web UI in a different IP:
- traccar server will be in a VPS, no web UI
- Web UI will be run locally fetching data from #1
because monitoring is to be done only on the premises.
Doesn't really make any sense to me. If they goal is to limit access to local network only, there are better ways of achieving it. For example VPN.

another possibility for running UI in different IP is:
Traccar server can be run in a VPS of higher configuration, web UI can be run in several low end VPS.
That sounds like over-complication for no reason.
