devices unlock door without command

I dont know what to do, i have vehices unlocking the doors in dangerous places, i was looking for a solution or guidance..
Have you investigated if the server is sending any commands to devices? If not, it must be a device issue.
the logs for yesterday is this, I i check for commands send to the gps but I only found the on command, any help will be appreciated. it's a brand new traccar installation, latest version, the command i suspect is causing the issue is disarm alarm

I think the server is sending the comands I found several alarmdisarm send on the logs

I think thats why the user are reporting that the car doors unlock by itself. Any advice?

im gonna test it tomorrow, gonna restrict access to the device logs in the afternoon, to double check this issue
