Changing Server Speed Unit

Hey, Traccar community

I have a traccar server that has gathered data for a while. What happens if I change the speed unit in Server->Preferences-> Speed Unit?
Should I convert the existing data?

Speed is always stored in knots. Preference will just change what you see in the UI.
