Offline data not stored when device is offline without internet connection

Hi,

I understand the offline buffer allow device location to be stored when there is not internet connection on the device. However, from what i observed the device location does not stored on the device once there is no internet connection, how do I overcome this problem or this is by design?

1. What accuracy are you using?
2. Have you checked the status screen to see what's going on?
