Notification arriving twice after updating from 5.8 to 5.11

Hello everyone, after carrying out the update, double notifications are coming, I already deleted the fence, I redid the notification and it still arrives doubled, below is the log

i am going to update from 5.8 to 5.11, right now, let see if i dont broke anything xD
