Server won't start if ampersand is present in conf
Config is an XML file, so you have to escape special characters there. This a part of the XML standard and not something specific to Traccar.

Hello, the server won't start if an ampersand is present in the configuration file.
I changed my email password with one auto-generated and there is a "&" in it, but now the server won't start. If I remove it, then it will start.
