Filter zero coordinates. Zero latitude and longitude are theoretically valid values, but it practice it usually indicates invalid GPS data.
using this made the changes in default.xml

You should use ssl connection to the server. Use a domain and install a cert for https.
I don't see the filtering for zero location. It seems like you're ignoring most of what we're saying.
