You probably have to format it into a string. Maybe something like this:
new("java.text.DecimalFormat","0.0").format(...)
is the calculated attribute in the example the one you used?
I would change the energy attribute type to battery level.

this only in case the expression of that calculated attribute gives as a result the percentage of the battery.
