Suntech Devices Wrong Dates

Alcaldejaua year ago

Dear,
We updated the server and trouble arouse!
I use Suntech devices. The problem is that all of sudden, all memory information (stored data from another date) is being processed withing the same date and time of the current location. No change was made on the devices.

So it shows a device being in Berling today at 10:44:12 and on 10:44:13 entering a Geofence in Madrid for example, a location he was 4 days ago.
I am currently lost and its driving me crazy! I don1t know what else to do.

Whe we check the log, all dates are showing the same: server, device time and fix time which is impossible!

Has anyone experienced this trouble before?

No experience, but why dont you first reverse back to your privious traccar version?

Normally i first install the new version in a separate dir and use other ports to test the server and devices.

I sure should have done that, but so many changes where made and I am affraid to fuck it up even more.
Before the update eveything is fine: replay, notifications, etc and now this!
Will check again what could be possibly go wrong!

Have you checked the logs to see if it's a device issue or a server issue?

Alcaldejaua year ago

Yes indeed!
The log points of Device Time, Service Time and Fix Time identical in the 3 columns, and that is weird!
No changes were made whatsoever on the devices, I pointed one of the to another version and is uploading just fine!
No I put back my last backup and shall wait for some memory data to be upload. If it comes back to normal, I sure messed up the server side.

I'm not talking about the database. I'm talking about logs.

Thank you Anton!
Just checked the logs and found this:

Any suggestion?

Seems like you haven't upgraded your server correctly.

Alcaldejaua year ago

Thank you very much Anton!
I will upgrade it again and see if I can get it to work, any suggestion?

From which version did you upgrade? and to which version?
