First you should check if the port you created with ngrok to your local traccar server is actually open.
https://www.traccar.org/port-check/
If it is open you should check that you pointed the device to your server ip / port (ngrok)
If so you should check traccar server log to check if your device device sends any data to the server.
P.s.
But i would suggest just opening a port on your router firewalll and point it to your server.
I suspect you have HTTP tunnel, but Teltonika doesn't use HTTP protocol.
Which Tunnel should I use? I used TCP too
Why do you use ngrok anyway?
Because I need to check the service locally, (before deploying) the port is unfortunately closed (5027), and there is no way to open it in the modem settings. Configurator. Also in configurator there's no option for ip address only for domain
You should open the port in your home router
I have not option to forwarding and open ports in my home router there's some service, which would help me
Well, Anton does not permit to share contact info. And since he is the founder of traccar so we should respect that.
But honestly you make it to difficult for yourself. There are many hosting companies where you can have a free trial and setup a test server there.
Hello There, a have problem with connection of mine GPS tracker (Teltonika FMB920) and my local Traccar. I configured my gps tracker to demo server and that's working(port 5027). But when I use ngrok to create domain(port 5027) for my local server my gps tracker shows offline on traccar. However, when I use traccar client (on mobile phone on port 5055) is working on my server. What's the problem???
