ST901 location reports

I have 2 device ST901 and ST 903. It works perfectly when I added it, however after a few hours it goes offline. I need to delete and re add device on app and then it comes online. Im using version 5.8. any ideas. if I do a sms location it give correct location
Do you want to find a solution? The same thing happened to me with my GPS in ST901M in Teltonika etc
I have an account on the website, and according to the rules, it allows a maximum of 1000 requests in 24 hours for the tracker. However, when I set an interval for it to perform tasks even every 10 minutes, it still doesn't display correctly in the interface. It works for the first 10 minutes, and then the device goes offline. I have to delete the device and add it again on the website for it to work. What could be the issue?
