It won't work like that. You have to have a gap between events in the calendar.

Your calendar events should have gaps between them. That's when a report will be generated.

As from the received reports, it was showing a full day data from 00:00 to 23:59.
Can i confirm that the selection duration from/to is actually time for the system going to start process the reports.
The correct report data duration is actually on the Recurrence section either user select once, daily, weekly or monthly

I have followed all steps to create a scheduled report, as well as the one in this example, (i.e. daily with 15mins difference between the 2 dates - see screenshot), but I do not get any report.
Is there a setting that has to be done on the server or so to enable scheduled reports
(Please note that it has been set and I do receive notifications by email successfully).

The schedule report was not sending anything to the user.

i've checking on the logs and so far there is no error found and i can confirm that the smtp configuration is working as we unable to received manual email report
