Unable to setup device

Hi! I got this device https://www.ebay.com/itm/225714297072
It doesn't specify the model or the protocol it uses. It didn't come with any instructions. Just the device and a SIM card (from GPS Cards)

1. I inserted a SIM card that I previously had. (Not the gps.cards one that was included)
2. I plugged device on the car.
3. And so far I was able to get response only for the commands 902# and 666# ... The rest of the commands do not have an answer...

Any idea on how to setup this OBD2 device?

I noticed about mention to tkstar server because of the QR code included in the ebay listing.
But, my problem is I can not even setup APN or Server on the device because the SMS command do not reply back. For example:

• CIP# do not reply back with Server information.

My goal is to change server to a self hosted traccar instance, but the issue I'm having right now is with the device setup if I can not even configure APN or server

Have you asked the vendor? Usually devices that have an option to change server come with a manual that includes those commands.

Yes, I have asked the seller to provide instructions. Still waiting for response... Maybe this device does not allow to change server :(
