Problem with battery status (charge level) GPS WanWay S20
You first check traccar server log if the devices report in rhe same manner..
yes, the logs are identical
It doesn't show anything?

and where is the log from the current day (I can only see from the previous one)
If you use DigitalOcean then you can find logs in /opt/traccar/logs
Did you have SMS commands for WanWay S20, if you have can you send me?

Ok lets try on this way open console(putty) and write: less path-of-server-code/tracker-server.log (In my situations is example less /opt/traccar/logs/tracker-server.log)
Current log is the one without the date, in case you haven't figured it out yet.
This is evident bug in demo3 server. I have found that when I add additional Android client device into tracking then battery status for s20 works. When s20 is alone then battery status disappears.
I noticed also that battery status is diaplayed by a minute after heartbeat - offline/online flapping is visible in the report
If you think there's some bug with the server, you'll have to provide evidence in the form of logs.
I have 2 WanWay S20 devices and my own TracCar server.
And the problem is that one device shows the battery status and the other does not (the devices are identical)?
What is the problem?
Can the application (via WWW) show other parameters, e.g. GSM signal status / Voltage level / Temperature?
