I am currently testing out the Meitrack P88L and it can send in up to 8 WiFi APs. In the protocol there only seems to be support for older GPS based trackers for vehicles, not personal trackers. Is it possible to extend this protocol somehow?

The message format I get from a P88L using there COM software tool (so already translated from hexadecimal):
