Send custom commands without success

My device is Meitrack protocol
I use Traccar's built-in command "Single Reporting" and it is working.

But I use "Coustom command", send: @@Q25,861412043047682,A10*64/r/n
does not work.No feedback from the device.

I noticed that the built-in command has "0d0a" at the end, and the command I sent has "/r/n" but ends with "2f722f6e".
Where did I go wrong?

Why are you sending "/r/n"?

I also tried not sending "\r\n" and it still doesn't work.
I searched Traccar, and users using Meitrack had the same problem.
