How can send an email alerts

how can i to define a route and send an email when a vehicle cross the route defined or send an email when a vehicle exceeding the maximum speed... Iam begginer with traccar

Traccar doesn't support notifications yet. The plan is to implement it for the next release.

I recently upgraded my server but I can't find the below mail related entires in the config file.

You have add those parameters. They are not included in the default config. This might help:
