The error occurs me in the notification of "the device exits the geofence." The notification is not sent through the Web and Telegram channels; however, it is sent via email. I performed several tests, and the same issue occurs. It is only a problem with the notification because if I check the reports, I can see the geofence exit alerts.
PD: if the device enters the geofence all notifications are recieved on any channel, so i discard many posibilities like firewall etc.

Anton, sincerely thank you very much. Your response was straightforward and accurate. It was my mistake; I must have accidentally touched something when translating the file /short/geofenceExit.vm. I took the original file again and made the modifications, and now the notifications work perfectly!
