Installing on Oracle Cloud Server

would you be willing to give a bit of a tutorial on how to do this?
I just use that above blog post plus some others in securing oracle cloud to install the same. But I added restrictions on ingress for 5002 to my local mobile network rather than full internet. Just play with the CIDR in the source rules.
I took it one step further though, and installed tailscale on the oracle cloud machine where I had subnet routing already set up to my internal network. Utilising this the traccar server on the oracle cloud server can access the mysql server I am running at home.
So at the moment I actually have two traccar servers, the oracle one will have the tracker connections and update my db at home. The home version will just serve the ui.
Means all my data is here at home, there's no backup from oracle to home etc. I'd prefer to be able to disable the web ui on the oracle machine if possible. But this could be a very good model for me, as it removes a port forward into my network.

I tried to install traccar on this free service, using the Ampere Arm plattform.
It seems to be running fine, and even though, I defined the post 8082 to be reachable from outside, I cannot connect to the Webgui from outside.
Has anyone experience with this plattform/service?
