Jimi IOT JC400P with traccar

Hello anyone knows if this GPS/Dashcam work with Traccar.

I try to find which protocol use but on the webpage only say

Q: What protocols does the IoT Hub support?
A: JT/T 808, JT/T 1078, JIMI protocol.

The little that I could find on the internet, apparently the T808 is the HUABAO protocol.

Does this protocol support to be able to see the video of the vehicle?

Are you sure it uses the same protocol to upload video to the server? Currently we don't support video for Huabao, but I've also never seen a variation of the protocol with a video support.

For the JC400P, we have the private protocol of Jimi IoT. There is three parts, 1) TCP for command/gps location/etc 2) HTTP for event video upload & download 3) RTMP for live streaming.

In order to integrate the JC400 to your platform I suggest you check the Jimi IoT Hub API, here is the link for your reference.

At the moment the project is only to make the GPS work, if Traccar also has the possibility to see the Video Live or download it from Traccar it would be much better.

Currently it's not supported, but maybe you can use some standard video handling software for it.

I contact the factory and they respond this.

1. Actually I checked on the Traccar website, and I didn't seen that JC400 is integrated with this platform. You can also check by this link https://www.traccar.org/devices/

Are you availabe to contect them and ask them to inegrate this mdoel? We can offer the communication protocol to them for integration, this is what we do with Gurtam.
