Wanway S20 is Online but no coordinates

Hello,

I am using Wanway S20 portable GPS tracking unit which share the same protocol of concox GT06n of 5023.
The device appear online in the system but with no data, all parameters are received but coordinates are zeros.
I connected the device to wanway monitoring platform and it was working fine with no issues.

Please note I am already connecting other real GT06n device and they are working fine.
Also when I send GPRS commands to the S20 like "WHERE#" the systems reads the response properly.

any help ?

Have you checked with your device vendor? Most likely your device just doesn't report location. Note that it's pretty common for GT06 based devices to not report location when stationary.

Colegas, estoy usando una unidad de rastreo GPS de Wanway GS10, en mi plataforma, este usa el protocolo de CONCOX GT06, 5023, el dispositivo aparece en linea lo que quiere decir que hay conexión GPRS, pero la ubicación no actualiza, sale ERROR, probé el dispositivo en la plataforma del fabricante y en la WOX, y me funciono con normalidad, esto me causo curiosidad y me tome el trabajo de revisar la información que el dispositivo envía al servidor a mi servidor y encuentro que las coordenadas están llegando en cero. (Lat: 0.00000, Lon: 0.00000).

Anexo Información enviado por el GPS a mi servidor:

Al revisar detalladamente el STATUS del dispositivo integrado en las distintas plataformas note que cuando el GPS esta reportando al SERVER del fabricante el modulo GPS esta prendido.

tenga presente que estoy usando varias unidades VL-03 y GT200 de la marca CONCOX, las cuales usan el protocolo GT06 y funcionan perfectamente en mi SERVER, alguien que me pueda ayudar con este problema.
