Sounds like a device issue to me.
It happens to me with 2 models at the moment. Can you recommend any device? that this problem does not happen to you, for testing.

Hello help please, I have 2 models of GPS. Both devices report ignition on and off, the problem is that the vehicle is on and moving and keeps reporting ignition on and off. What can be happening?
