We cleared the data on demo servers recently, so this is expected. We do it occasionally when too much data accumulates and servers start to fail. As you can imagine, free servers attract a lot of users and resources are finite, so we have to clean them from time to time.

first of all thanks for the great job done in past years and right now for continuing maintain still active traccar software and demo server.
I know, it's a free service, but an email before deleting data will be appreciate. The email sounds like: from date XXXX-XX-XX all devices path data and devices itself will be deleted :) that's for allow users to save almost path data.
Now I know!!! BTW I'll make a backup periodically for the next future.

There are many thousands of users registered on demo servers. It's not a trivial task to send so many emails. Also we don't have a concent from all the users to send any emails. You might want it, but many other people would consider it a spam. Vast majority of accounts there are used only for a short period of time, so you might be a minority of you're using it regularly.
Same thing happened to me today. Suddenly my devices disappeared. Like the user who started this thread an email would be nice to be sent out. But the admin posted the reason as to why email can not be sent.
If the admin can assist and willing and costs wont be too exponential then I can offer a demo server as well. Any communication about discussion would be welcomed. Lets see if works.

I had several devices registered on the demo3 server.
When I logged in today ALL devices had disappeared. No devices is shown.
Is this a common problem?
Are there any problems with the demo3 server?
