Are we planning support for https://www.waze.com/livemap ? as maplayer ?

There is no plan, but we can add it if they provide a free map.

Checking waze they offer a map for sdk https://www.waze.com/en-GB/live-map

Does it works with traccar? I think would be benefitial for company fleet to see what's going around their vehicles,

No progress. If they provide a map access (tiles), please provide a link with details.
