Do you have any device expiration time? If not, then someone must have disabled them manually. Check logs to see who made any changes there.
thanks for your response
No, I did not set the expiration time
No one uses the server and devices except me
Devices receive and respond to messages well
But information from them is not received on the server

The devices worked without problems
They started to disable automatically without any change in their settings
After three devices were disconnected, I updated traccar. I thought the problem was traccar
But ...
So they now all stay offline ? And no entry in your log for those device ID's ?
If so check the server port for the device is reachable from the internet? And check that the device is configured to connect to the server internet ip and port.
https://s2.uupload.ir/files/untitled_karo.png
Yes, all the devices are offline and no information about them is saved in the log file
Checked device. The IP of the device is set and the port of the device is the default
I checked the server with the site you gave
Port 5027, which is related to the device, is open on the server
Are you talking about disconnected or disabled devices? If disabled, as you claimed originally, please provide a screenshot to show where you see them as disabled.
If the simcard for the device is active and has data then the tracker should sent something to the server.
Thanks for all the help friends
The server's firewall prevented the transmission of device commands to the server
@ali I know it's a very old topic, but I'm experiencing the same issue. How did you solve this problem?
You can read he solved it by opening the ports on his server firewall.
