Do you have the protocol documentation?
Yes. I have reviewed the protocol document. I have attempted various protocol configurations but my device shows " no network found." I'm also not seeing any information within my logs.

I was referring to the protocol documentation listed on the traccar website. I currently have no documentation on the device I am attempting to to configure. The manufacturer is Fleet Complete. The model is GNX6. Other than the IMEI, this is the only information I have for this device.
Would you recommend using gps103 protocol?
This question doesn't really make sense. You have to use the right protocol for your device.
That’s the issue. I don’t know what protocol to use.
I have identified the protocol for this device has genx using port 5148. My device is still showing offline. Any other assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. I have changed the port.
So now what do you have on server log ?
I can't isolate the port configuration for this tracking device. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
