Hi all,
I'm having some issues wit the ZX303 (all in one packaged model) in a lot of areas (even in open roads or fields) where the internet connection is lost and no transmission is done to the traccar server. At the same position, my phone is perfectly working in LTE mode (so I guess GPRS is also fine).
I've seen that the ZX303 PCB model has a soldering pad for an external antenna, which might probably be better than the one embedded in the packaged ZX303.
Has anyone already performed such a soldering or might have any tips to do it the right way ?
Thanks for any input you can give me.
You actually use the same telecom network simcard?
Yes, the same telecom network.
But, in the meanwhile, I've checked the deployment data of the 2G and 4G in my area, and it seems that 2G is less deployed as 4G... that could explain some blackout of transmission in some zones.
I've seems some 4G tracker, maybe it could be worth trying ...
Yes that must be it, that device is very cheap so cant be 4g for that price.
If the 4g coverage is good with your phone then it should be the same with a 4g tracker
