Service Providers Hosting and additional programming

Hallo community,

we run 25 sinotrack901 on greenkeeping machines and golfcarts for our golfcourse on demo3-server.

We want to go for a server, and

we have days with 8000 data points per machine (we want to use the data for soil maintance, pesticide follow up, ... ) -> out of "Fair Use"
we want a two condensed dashboards: machine use & cart use that I would like to have build up on the traccar basis, as most "sql-requests" are existing, ... but not "condensed"

-> Can you recommend freelancers or a company ideally for both "running a server for us" and add on programming.

I have a detailed spec for the dashboards. :-) Happy to share.
