What did you see in the log for the command?

Thank you for taking the time to reply always,
When i send the command via plataform to any other tracker device it returns me in traccar log | grep id device like below
2023-01-09 23:38:44 INFO: [e1e3a61c] id: 866330052724873, time: 2023-01-09 19:35:47, lat: 51.41530, lon: -0.02608, course: 216.0, result: Cut off the fuel supply: Success!
and resume below
2023-01-09 23:38:46 INFO: [e1e3a61c] id: 866330052724873, time: 2023-01-09 19:35:47, lat: 51.41530, lon: -0.02608, course: 216.0, result: Restore fuel supply:Success!
However, on teltonika device , this does not happen, it just don't send anything,

It should show more than that in the logs.

I hope you are well,
We are now starting with Teltonika in our platform, however, we've realized 2 things,
FMB920 does not accept the cut ignition via platform, once I tried to send the command i was also monitoring the log and it does not send anything to the device,
Second thing, it does not show if the device is blocked or released in the platform,
Have you guys experienced the same on this Device?
