Have you set the web.url
parameter? If not, how do you expect Traccar to know your external URL?
I added
server.REDACTED.com

to traccar.xml file, restarted server and now I am getting the following error message when I try to access the server,

503 Service Unavailable

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at server.REDACTED.com Port 443

I fixed "503 Service Unavailable" issue as follows;
mysql -u root -h localhost -p -e 'show databases;' (to find the name of the database)
mysql -u root -p
SELECT * FROM traccar.DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK;
update traccar.DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK set locked=0 WHERE ID=1;
SELECT * FROM traccar.DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK; (to verify)
reboot the server, fixed
Your config is wrong. You have to use a proper URL, not just the host name.

http://server.REDACTED.com

instead of

server.REDACTED.com
?

This is how we get password reset link, (and obviously doesn't work)
To reset password please click on the following link:
Any idea why "10.0.0.4" instead of FQDN ?
Best,
Savas
