geofenceIds is not cleared after geofence is unlinked and deleted through API

Hi,
the device geofenceIds list is not cleared after I unlink and delete a geofence through API.

Is it updated after you receive new data?

... it is, but that may be only after few hours...
I think that by deleting the geofence, you should also update device geofenceIds.

Then you can create a ticket on GitHub and provide good reasons for why it is needed.
