Notification doesn't work

I dont think so. I installed manager on iPhone 6 and I get any notification on it also. I try to send thru test channel a notification. In Log is nothing. What could it be? Tomorrow it worked fine. I didnt change anything
I could identify the error. It's because I can't turn on the notifications for this app on Android. If I activate it, Android immediately deactivates it again. I have a Galaxy S22 with Android 13. From what I've read, the app needs to be adjusted. It's not on the phone. Since yesterday I did any changes on the system and all worked fine

What I still confused, Manager App appears like all other apps under Applications but under System Applications

The issue with Android 13 should be fixed in version 3.4.
I got yesterday an update manager app 3.3 via google app store. After that app notification doesn't work any more and I can't activate it in my phone system settings.
The App apear under system applications and if I try turn on notification it will be automatically deactivated.
Prior the update all worked fine
