Calculated attribute - Device status Off/unknown = Ignition off
For unknown it's not possible because there's no associated message at all.
For ignition change it's only possible if your device reports some kind event code for it.
Is it possible to create a calculated attribute for ignition to switch to off when state is disconnected?
When the vehicle is on while traveling for example and loses the gprs signal from the tracker, the ignition is on and is counting hours until the time the tracker signal returns.
No because there's no associated position for status events.
Is it possible to make a calculated attribute for when the vehicle's status becomes unknown or offline change ignition to off?
If yes, can you help me with the calculated attribute syntax please?
