Have you checked logs for errors? If no errors, it means emails are accepted by your email server.

Notifications are sent to the user email address. If you want to use a different address, create another user with a different email.
the thing is mandrill is not receiving any attempt to send an email.
can i send email to a global email address?

Hi Anton. I upgraded from traccar 4.15 to 5.5. I saved my config file to restore it but SMTP does not work in new version. Logs dont show SMTP errors. I tested some emails without success.
So you don't get any errors when you click test? If that's the case, it means that your email server has accepted the email, so you need to look there for the delivery issue.
Hi i correctly setup the SMTP and test it and i received a "Test message".
also y setup the sos alarm and activated to all devices.
i'm using the traccar client and sending an sos event, received correctly by the server.
the problem is I'm not receiving the email.
I'm using mandrill server, and checked the outgoing emails and only the Test message is sent by the traccar server.
also I disable all devices notification and enable them only for my traccar client, and that didn't work either
