I am currently running 2 vps
one at DigitalOcean for test purposes
1 AMD CPU
1gb ram.
25gb hd
Ubuntu 22.04 x64
(running 25 devices)
another in Contabo for future development
8 vCPU cores
30GB RAM
800GB SSD
32TB Traffic
22.04.1 LTS
(running 100 devices)
both only with minimal aesthetic modifications and currently accessing by ip to 8082
in both cases I notice a "DELAY" when connecting from the browser, this happens only the first time, that is to say that if I delete the cache and the history, when accessing the page it remains blank for about 30 seconds before showing the upper line of load (after that it's only 2 seconds and the login appears)
If I refresh the page or access the next day from the same PC and the same browser, the access only takes a few seconds, the same delay occurs when entering the browser's HIDDEN mode (be it brave, google or mozilla)
this delay also occurs when accessing from a mobile phone, (the same only the first time), instead if the Traccar app is used (in that or another cell) access is immediate
the average internet speed in this area is 15 to 20mbps
If I host a page in the vps, access only takes 1 second to load that page, just as applications like filezilla or putty authenticate and access in just one or two seconds (which leads me to discard the speed of the vps or the connection)
both run 5.3
both have exactly the same loading time in all cases
If I reset the service it only takes a couple of seconds to get back online.
after loading everything works perfectly after entering the password it only takes a second to show the map and after a maximum of 2 seconds all the devices on it are up to date
