help to build from source

control taken2 years ago

Kind regards, I write this post with the aim of requesting support for the modification and compilation of the source code with the aim of changing aesthetic values because the suggestion was to compile it to make these changes effectively, such as (logo, colors, etc. ) is my first time that I do take this into account.

Following the steps indicated in https://www.traccar.org/build/ I am using the IntelliJ IDEA development environment and successfully managed to clone the repository in the folder of my PC, it should be noted that I am using a win10 operating system.

following the steps at https://www.traccar.org/build-in-intellij-idea/ when I proceed to run the service on my pc it is not possible I get an error and I have been looking for a possible solution I have not been able to find something plausible due to my basic knowledge.

I will attach an image of how I have configured my project following the recommended instructions
https://prnt.sc/v0wfN6s3RQdd

I get these errors
https://prnt.sc/JrRjxU7Tr79e

when I go to the browser I get the loading bar and it doesn't happen.

verifying the ports in use using the TCPview application and when I execute to run in intellij idea the 2 ports 8082 are enabled but when I kill 1 process the other closes automatically, as if it must have both open for me to be running
https://prnt.sc/iN7mSUSke0rX

In this image you can see that the 2 processes start when I run the traccar but when I kill one of the 2 processes everything stops automatically
https://prnt.sc/1_bakxg5cLd1

Here I attach an image of when I kill a process, the other also closes and the traccar stops
https://prnt.sc/ulD0K2vbykub

I understand that there is a port conflict, it is only when I run the traccar because when I have it stopped there are no processes running on this port and I also tried to change the tracar to another port but I still have the same problem.

If someone can help me kindly it would be great and I would be grateful with the colleagues who can guide me in this solution. Thanks a lot

I cant give you solution about the source
But
Its look like ipv4 vs ipv6.
Have yo try to turn off ipv6 in your windows?
So your windows just use ipv4
